I have always avoided all you can eat sushi restaurants because usually you end up getting a buffet of tuna and California rolls that have been sitting out for hours. Not here though. I kept hearing my friends talk about Joy Sushi, so I finally decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised when the chef made my sushi right when I ordered it - fresh. Not only that, there was a huge selection of sashimi, nigiri, sushi rolls, and appetizers all included in the all you can eat price, which was a bargain. I will definitely be back often.

Many of sushi and rolls like the Sexy Crunch Rolls and
SUshi Boy Roll. It is very good. And I like a White Sasimi!

When I come here, I feel comfortable

As a die hard sushi fanatic I believed I had tried the best sushi restaurants in Denver. Then, I had a friend who kept raving about Joy Sushi. So, I finally gave it a try and my friend was 100% right! If you like sushi then Joy Sushi is a must try. The Godzilla roll was amazing! I even got to meet Carl - the head sushi chef - who is being touted as the best in Denver. My vote is that Carl is not only the best sushi chef in town (and I've tried all the big ones) but also the most friendly. Thanks for the great service Carl!

I love sushi and you can't beat Joy Sushi's made to order, all you can eat sushi for lunch. My business partners and I meet here for lunch at least once weekly. You can tell that the sushi is really fresh. The staff are very friendly too.
